it's been a while.
so a quarter of my summer has been filled with quizzes every week and practices for this cultural event in mississauga called carassauga. this thing is pretty huge. there will be more than 40 participating countries that will share their cultures for three days, starting this friday. check this out! so i'll be performing for singapore/malaysia which actually focuses on malay culture. i will show some pictures next week, perhaps. we'll be performing silat, joget pahang and dikir barat. also, there will be a 'pelamin' as well on the stage and since there's one, there must be a couple for it to be occupied. we will have real newlyweds, who are going to tie the life's knot today, as the 'raja sehari' for carassauga. well, in this case, 'raja tiga hari' would make more sense.
what's next. i'm heading to banff at the of june after my final exam for engineering economics. that course is actually a pain in the butt. oh before that, a week before the final exam, i'll be exploring bruce peninsular with farisa, insyaAllah. also, i'm looking forward to go camping at algonquin provincial park.
there are some thoughts on a few topics that i'd like to share but right now i'm just not in the mood to do so. some other time then.
